The company was founded under the premise of empowering people through effective training and education.  We provide a Skills Development Facilitation (SDF) service to companies that do not have an Internal Skills Development Facilitator, but also assist in a consulting capacity to facilitate the process where the function already exists.

·         drafting and submitting your Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)

·         creating a consultative forum for the workplace

·         training needs analysis and implementation of training

·         the submission of an Annual Training Report (ATR)

·         having your internal trainers and training courses accredited

The company can also assist its client with the preparation for a BEE audit; this include but is not limited to general consultation on BEE, completion of a status analysis, the compilation of a BEE file and the facilitation of the BEE audit by an ABVA registered rating agency of the client’s choice.
