Skills Audits
Skills Audits are conducted to identify the current
skills available versus skills required to perform specific work
activities.
Learnership Advice
We advice on Learnerships sponsored offered by your
Sectoral Education and Training Authority (SETA)
Accreditation of in-house
We assist companies to obtain accreditation for
their in-house or product specific courses with the relevant SETA.
Employment Equity Committee
This service includes the setup and Training of an
Employment Equity Committee as prescribed by the Employment Equity Act
55 of 1998.
Preparation for BEE Certification
We assist companies to prepare
for BEE Certification (BEE Audit) by ... determining the current status
quo, we assist with the compilation of the company's BEE strategy and
facilitation of the BEE certification process by an independent ABVA
registered Rating agency.

HR Policies & Procedures
A lack of
properly compiled employee contracts together with adequately documented
